The Vitology Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Vitology Institute. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Vitology Institute patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Vitology Institute provider. Communicate with Vitology Institute in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Vitology Institute patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Vitology Institute patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Vitology Institute uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
